Cheng Chen has been our independent director since June 2026. Cheng Chen currently serves at a leading AI foundation model company in Silicon Valley. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Director at Apple Inc. Dr. Chen received his Bachelor’s degree from Peking University and went on to earn his Ph.D. from Kent State University in the United States.
